Fish Report for 7-6-2020

Tradewinds Monday Report

Tradewinds Crew

Salmon fishing after a decent report yesterday from some sport boat operators only produced three take downs and the folks did get to reel on the fish but about halfway to the boat they spit the hook.  So we are still waiting on some fish to get to our area.  There were a few Chinook today on sport boats caught up north off the Siletz River but that was the only catch report we heard today.

Bottom fishing took place on the other four boats right out in front and slightly to the north of the harbor and it was over in about an hour.  Limits on all boats on the rockfish with lots of Cabezon but only a few legal Lingcod got to the filet table.

Crabbing remains terrific as all the people crabbing today took home at least nine per person.

If you would like to go fishing or whale watching with us please BOOK ONLINE or call (541) 765-2345.
