Water is Still High
3-7-2020
The Fly Fishers Place
The water is still high, so approach carefully and wade with a lot of caution. Fishing is good.
There are a few early March Browns hatching, a few Skwalas, some BWO’s, some Caddis. Not much for dry fly action that we’ve heard of, but will be getting better and better.
Remember, low water flows won’t be here until mid April but with so much opportunity on Nymphs and Streamers and with Skwalas about a week or so away it is a good time to start thinking about the Middle River.
Some of the shop guys went a few days ago and did well on Euro Nymphs and Euro Streamer techniques.
