The San Diego has 90 yellowfin on the boat. The fish are averaging 30 pounds! A couple of early reports:

  • The Tribute has 8 bluefin (50-100#) and one 60 pound yellowfin on the boat!
  • The Pride started off the day with 50 yellowfin!

11-23-2019
The PRIDE checked in from their full day trip with 15 anglers catching 68 yellowfin tuna and 8 bluefin tuna. The bluefin were 50-100 pounds and the yellowfin were 18-35 pounds. Captain Jason recommends using #1-1/0 circle hooks and 25-40# line with fluorocarbon leaders. The PRIDE has openings for an overnight trip departing Sunday at 9:00pm.The TRIBUTE's 1.5 day trip with 28 anglers had boated 14 bluefin and 41 yellowfin by 5:00 pm and were still fishing.
