Weekly Fish Report

12-11-2008
Pete Hills

Danny Knight and his brother came down from the Long Beach area came down this week to fish with Captain Hector on one of our pangas for 2 days. They brought in limits of yellowtail, ling cod and rock cod at the 240 spot. The fish were landed on live bait and chrome jigs. Still very light pressure and so we are not sure if the tuna are still outside--no boats have made trip out to the tuna grounds. There was a little rough weather at the beginning of the week which kept the boats in. However, conditions have improved considerably.
