Water Conditions:
Fishing is fair, with a few half-pouners and smaller adult steelhead availlable. Salmon are pretty much done spawning and Alevins will start producing fish through February. The section above Highway 70 Bridge opens January 1, 2009.
Fishing Conditions:
The best fishing is early and late in the day. Most fish will be caught in the Low-Flow Section, but you still can find the occasional fish in the High-Flow.

12-5-2008Today we worked our way up the line. We were looking for school size Tuna and kelps hopefully holding Dorado. We got into a stop early this morning on little Tuna and Yellowtail. The problem was everything was about 6 lbs. Needless to say we did not stay very long. We worked our way outside and up and found numerous large kelps .
