Local Fishing Update
If you've thought about catching some of those feisty Lake Oroville landlocked salmon, now is a good time to be fishing for them. As you can see from these recent pictures, Lake Oroville salmon are pretty good-sized. Not only that, but they are delicious too! The silver torpedoes normally spend most of their time in the deep cold depths of the lake, but in the spring they can be found closer to the surface. That's where we've been getting good numbers of them.
It's a beautiful time of year out on the lake. It hadn't been this full in years, until the abundant rainfall this year made a big difference. This Lake Oroville springtime salmon trip is ideal for everyone, including kids. It's a scenic, fun trip that is a favorite with many customers.
