Nevada Department of Wildlife

Fishing is picking up with the best fishing taking place at sunrise and sunset. Watch for mid-day winds as the temperature warms up. Some bass anglers have found success with black or olive Woolly Buggers on Hay Meadow. Trout fishing has been good at Dacey with stocked rainbows taking midge patterns fished 6 to 10 inches off the bottom. Shoreline anglers are finding the best fishing at Haymeadow and Cold Springs.
