Good Action on Black Bass

Anglers are finding good action for black bass in the coves outside Cottonwood Cove. Smallmouth bass are averaging 2 pounds and are taking tube baits. Green pumpkin and watermelon seem to be the colors of choice. Fish are coming from 10 to 15 feet of water near grass beds and submerged brush.
