Keeping ourselves in the ball game and starting around yesterday's big fish area, we went to work right away. Utilizing the grease calm weather we've been blessed with, the boys in binoculars were able to put us on a nice line of kelps.
Beautiful 18-25lb yellowtail supplied us with most of our action - along with a couple handfuls of bluefin and yellowfin.
The best story today has to be the importance of staying positive and keeping the right attitude.... as did Dave Gonzalez after a two hour battle then heartbreak loss yesterday - only to find himself in another epic battle and landing our biggest fish of the day, a 127lb Bluefin and this time it was a story of success.
Toki Ouchi and our awesome sponsor Glenn Kuromi, share a smile and display one of the beautiful grade yellows available.

Looking forward to our last day and we are putting ourselves in position for what we hope is another action-filled day.

Loving the weather,

The Boys

Note from the office.....4 spots left on the 7 day trip departing Wed July 10th - call the office!

By the time the first one hit the deck, it was too late and...... Read More
