Big Hungry
The El Capitan came back this morning with 42 Yellowfin Tuna, 90 Skipjack Tuna, 66 Calico Bass, 2 Yellowtail, 2 Dorado and 1 Bluefin Tuna for their 2.5 day trip.
The Daily Double called in from their last morning trip with 1 Bonito, 15 Calico Bass, 1 Halibut, 22 Rockfish, 1 Lingcod, 1 Sheephead and 5 Whitefish.
The Daily Double called in from their last PM 1/2 day trip with 1 Bonito, 24 Calico Bass (with 150 released), and 2 Rockfish.
Upcoming trips from PLSF
We have the Dominator scheduled to depart tonight on an WILL RUN overnight trip for $260 per person inlcuding your Mexican fishing permit. DEFINITE GO!
Upcoming ½ day & Full Day Trips:
The 1/2 day boat Daily Double departs at 8:30 am and 3:00 pm to fish the local kelp beds and other hot spots. California fishing license and equipment rentals are extra. Note: Starting on September 3rd the Daily Double will be back to running one trip a day Monday through Thursday departing at 8:30am. The Double will offer two trips a day on Friday and Saturday, with the afternoon trip departing at 3pm.
The Mission Belle is scheduled daily for their full day trip at 6:00 am fishing at the Coronado Islands in Mexico. This trip will be targeting Yellowtail, Bonito, Bass and Rockfish. Ticket price includes your Mexican fishing license and tourist visa. A valid passport or passport card is required for all passengers going on this trip.
The Point Loma is now running "local" ¾ day trips on a daily basis. This trip will be fishing the local kelp beds and other hot spots in California. Departure time is 6:30 am with a return time around 4:30 pm. A California fishing license will be additional. No passport required for this trip.

9-2-2018The Chief called in with 3 Yellowtail, 20 Calico Bass, 1 Sheephead, 2 Barracuda and 5 Bluefin Tuna upto 100 pounds! The Dominator called in with limits of Skipjack and Yellowfin and "Left them biting"; the crew said they'd never seen Yellowfin bite like this!
