Captain James Smith checked in today from the California Dawn out of Berkeley, CA.   Today after a slow start in the morning we rallied back in the afternoon with solid Bass and Halibut action.  The short Halibut were in full force.  We released over 100 plus shakers for day.

FISH COUNT
28 anglers caught
28 Halibut (up to 18 pounds) and over 100 released.
9 Striped Bass
