Captian James Smith checked in with NCFR tonight with an update from the California Dawn out of Berkeley, CA.  We worked the South Bay today for a fish per rod on bass and halibut.  Shakers were wide open again today with some nice biggies in the box.

FISH COUNT
24 anglers caught
16 California Halibut (up to 28 pounds)
8 Striped Bass
