Fishing in the bay has been mostly slow. There should still be fresh fish coming in for several more weeks. Trolling herring or rotating flashers and spinners/plugs in the lower bay and spinners in the upper bay are the go to techniques.
Anglers are reminded that there is NO wild coho retention in the rivers and bays this year, and that two rods are prohibited on all coastal rivers, tidewater, estuaries and bays.
