Hi Gang,

Today started in the dark, 0430 to be exact. It was the same program as yesterday morning, catch your own, fish your own with the 8 pound skipjack for bait. When the fish came through, it was steady bites with as many as 6 fish hooked at a time. The first fish to hit the deck was right at about 170 pounds, the next one taped out at 205# and was landed by our good friend Rich Rose. Most of the rest of our morning fish were right around the 160 pound class except for a monster landed by Phil Nguyen that will go way over 200#'s. Everyone is super happy for Phil as this will be his first one over 200#'s. This fish could not have happened to a nicer guy, strong work Phil! The afternoon was a bit slow as we had little in the way of conditions. Everyone is stoked. This trip has been phenomenal. We have openings on a 14-day trip coming up in December that is sponsored by Seeker rods and our good friend Dave Berutich which will have a ton of giveaways and raffle prizes.
