Channel Islands Sportfishing
Some of the best weather we’ve seen this season for Saturday’s anglers. Sunny skies and warm air temperatures with little to no wind to report. The ocean doesn’t get much better than this right now, and lucky for everyone signed up to go fishing tomorrow and through the week, its only getting better. Maybe with all this sun our sea surface temps will warm back up and spark the game fish to bite again. For now we will just enjoy the good bottom fishing for all kinds of species, but primarily Reds, Lings and Whitefish.
If you can get away we have some great trips on the books including some 2-day trips and overnight trips fishing the outer islands. Of course we have a full day, ¾ day and ½ day trip available leaving every morning. Give us a call or you can book online anytime!
Today’s Fish Count: 9 boats and 292 anglers.
2,033 Rockfish, 91 Lingcod, 353 Ocean Whitefish, 1 Sole, 8 Sheephead, and 4 Sculpin.
