San Pedro Bait Company
Mike Santana called in this afternoon with an update from the San Pedro Bait at Cabrillo Beach. We got a fresh load of LIVE SQUID today. We also have sardines. In addition, we have some cured sardines (6 to 7 inches) too!

Good afternoon folks, Bait fishing for larger size hook bait has been tuff lately to say the least! With no lack of effort, the Bounty brought in a beautiful load of six inch sardines to the San Pedro barge this morning. There is also mixed size anchovies. Great chum with some hook bait mixed in. If all goes well, we will be able to get a load for Newport in the near future. Regardless of what type of trip you...... Read More
