Arrival to San Ignacio

2-28-2008
Royal Polaris Crew

Hello everyone;
We arrived to San Ignacio Lagoon at 06:00 hours. The weather was perfect for going across the bar. This is no easy task, but with the great weather, it was a breeze for captain Boots. We started seeing whales immediately.

Once inside the lagoon, we dropped the anchor, had a good breakfast, and started loading the pangas. It was a fun full day for all aboard. Most of our passengers got to reach out and touch their first Gray whale today, but some would wait until tomorrow for that first touch.

After dinner, Alps & Junak entertained us with a very helpful sideshow. We look forwarded to what San Ignacio will bring us tomorrow. Until then, Whale hoe!!!

The crew finished up the spring cleaning, while passengers just enjoyed the boat ride home. So give our office a call after 09:00 hours...... Read More
