Hello everyone;
Waking up to flat seas, clear skies, and sunny weather is not the only thing that’s good, but the Yellowfin made a very good showing today. With most of the fish in the 70 to 90 pound range. The Yellowtail had lock-jaw today, but that’s fishing. We didn’t move the boat today, as we had one to two fishing going most of the day.
We did have a few anglers get fish over the 100 pound mark, on notable anglers was Jim Codd, with a Yellowfin estimated at 110 pounds. Jim is 81 years young, and still pulling on 100 pound Yellowfin tuna. Way to go Jimmy.
No personnel showers today, but we are hoping to give a few tomorrow. Hoping the Yellowtail will make a night showing. Roy gave the passengers the night off, so no bait making tonight. So until tomorrow, wish us luck.
