Hello everyone; Well our morning started out with a nice Yellowtail bite. Most of the early morning Yellowtail were in the 20 to 30 pound range, with a few larger one’s taking our anglers to the rocks. Once the sun started to rise, the Yellowfin made a brief showing, just before first call for breakfast. These 60 to 70 pound Yellowfin, didn’t stay long.
We made a few move’s throughout the day, picking up a few fish from each spot. The afternoon was more productive for both Yellowfin and Yellowtail, with few heartbreakers.
We also had a few personnel best showers, with first time anglers getting there personnel best on Yellowfin and Yellowtail.
We made a tank of bait tonight, and we will give this another try tomorrow, so wish us luck.
Team R/p.
