Channel Islands Sportfishing
Sunday we had great weather again. A late afternoon sprinkle went largely unnoticed as it passed so quickly. Lucky it was not followed by any wind so we had great conditions all day. Fishing was good for most and frustrating for others. Bottom fishing was productive but those that targeting game fish were plagued with tangles, break offs and sea lions. And that was if they were lucky enough to get a bite. Plenty of other fish to keep our anglers busy however. Bonito were biting up top while Rockfish and Lingcod had the bottom covered. It was a good day of fishing and a nice way to end the weekend. Quickly we are already at the end of October as most would agree it seemed like it just started. Oh, how this season is flying bye!
