Fish Report for 10-2-2016
Cisco's count & report for Sunday 10/2
10-2-2016
Channel Islands Sportfishing
Sunday the fishing slowed a bit but there was still plenty of fish caught to keep everyone busy. Overall it was decent with some boats getting big Yellowtail and some targeting shallow water Rockfish and others like Whitefish and Sheephead. Late in the day the wind came up making the ride home bumpy. Unfortunately that was just the beginning of a wind event that is going to keep our boats at the dock tomorrow. Yes, we have already cancelled our trips for Monday. We hope to be back online as soon as Tuesday.
Today’s Fish Count: 8 boats and 227 anglers.
72 Yellowtail, 5 Calico Bass, 2 Bonito, 7 Lingcod, 18 Sheephead, 163 Ocean Whitefish, and 546 assorted Rockfish.
