Royal Polaris Fishing Report

Royal Polaris Crew

Hello everyone; Well all good things must come to an end, and that was the case for our weather. We had 15 to 18 knots of breeze most of the day, with clear skies and sunny. It was a bit chilly today, were most had a sweatshirt on. But the good thing for today, was the Yellowfin tuna bite.

We had another excellent day of tuna fishing, with a handful of Yellowtail mixed in. Most of the Yellowfin were in the 70 to 80 pound range, with a few in the 50 to 60 pound category, and some over the 100 pound mark. So with fishing this good, who remembers how the weather was.

We had a few personnel best today, and with sushi for dinner tonight, it was all smiles aboard today.

It was so good today, captain Roy gave everyone the night off from bait making, and if you every fished with Roy, you know things must be good for him to do that.

We are hoping the wind backs off a bit, and will give this another try again tomorrow. So until then, good luck and good fishing. Team R/p.
