UPDATE 4:15pm - Captain Cameron aboard the San Diego has called in with 120 Yellowtail and 52 Bonito on a three quarter day charter to the Coronado Islands for his 24 anglers.

3:15pm - The Tribute just called in with another update for their one day trip.  They are now up to 40 Yellowfin Tuna and 1 Dorado!  Captain Dave is reporting great weather and they still have some time left to fish!

The Voyager returned early this morning from a one and one half day trip with 40 Yellowfin Tuna (limits) and 1 Yellowtail for their 8 anglers!

The Aztec returned from a 1.5 day trip this morning with 54 Yellowfin Tuna (50-100lbs) for their 25 anglers.

If you are planning on taking a tuna fishing trip, please come prepared with a 25# outfit with a short fluorocarbon leader and size #1 or #2 hooks.  Also be prepared with a heavy outfit (40-60#) and some larger 2/0 - 4/0 hooks in case you come across some larger grades of fish.

The San Diego's next available three quarter day open party trip will be Sunday 8/21.  This trip will be fishing offshore for Yellowfin Tuna and Dorado and no passport required!
