We poked and picked along in beautiful offshore weather accumulating a satisfying catch of mixed 15 – 22# yellowtail and school size yellowfin tuna. A few exotics spiced up the program adding color and energy to the cause. A little here and a little there throughout the day kept everyone active and engaged enjoying the epic conditions while pursuing their fishing passion. All good is how I would describe it. Day two will find us somewhere along the coast switched into variety mode. Good weather promises a pleasant time of it regardless of what makes it's way into the hold. But add a few fish, actually more than a few, and we'll be gold. Photo today features a welcome face from the past.
