After putting some fish on the deck yesterday we had a little cushion to go do some exploring. We decided to start offshore today and were rewarded with our efforts. We ended up with 2 good schools of bluefin tuna for the morning. The fish seemed to go down around 9 am so after that we opted to go back to the yellowtail spot. When we arrived there the fish were biting even better than the day before. Yellowtail came over the rail steady for a few hours. We also managed to scrape up a couple more tuna sitting on the anchor with the yellowtail. After putting some more meat on the deck we decided to go back offshore and find another tuna school to end the voyage with. With 2 hours of daylight remaining we succeeded. We got another school of bluefin to bite. Epic way to end the trip. P Carramao
