It was another good day out at the Channel Islands. The weather remains good and the bottom fishing is great. Seeing some really big Rockfish on the boats plus Lingcod an Whitefish coming in heavy now. Yellowtail at the outer island is the story of the day though. We had a 2 day trip return with over one hundred Yellows and a couple White Seabass. We still have live squid in the tanks and the weather looks good for the next several days. Today’s Fish Count: 11 boats and 267 anglers 1,982 Assorted Rockfish, 369 Ocean Whitefish, 74 Sheephead, 153 Lingcod, 12 Sculpin, 6 Sole, 9 Barracuda, 4 White Seabass and 136 Yellowtail.
