Hello everyone; Weather continues to be a bit windy, but the sun is out and things are starting to look up. So we are hoping for some flat seas ahead.
Fishing today was very good on the Wahoo and Yellowfin tuna. Most of the Yellowfin in the morning were in the 80 to 120 pound range, but by the afternoon, thing got a bit larger.
Largest Yellowfin today was caught by Bob Ito, late, in the dark on the kite, 30 feet from the boat. Bob’s fish weighed in at 241 pounds.
We had many other fish in the 170 1o 180 pound range in the dark.
With one full day left to fish, the boat is almost full, so we might not be here tomorrow night. With a good bite in the morning, it’s homeward bound. So until tomorrow, wish us luck.
