Royal Polaris Crew

Our weather continues to be just wonderful. With flat seas, clear skies, and warm days, what more could you ask for. Well I tell you one thing, the weather is not the only thing that is heating up!!

Our fishing today was just OUTSTANDING!! That right, we had an excellent day on Yellowfin tuna. Most of the fish our in the 120 to 150 range, with a few in the 180 to 190 range and one over 250. We had one stop shopping today. We stopped the boat, and never started up again until it was time to leave for home. This is the real deal, as Roy Rose says. It was only a matter of time, and we hit it right. Largest fish today was caught by Dave Edgar of the Bay Area, with a 270 pound giant. It was caught on 100 pound Blackwater fluorocarbon leader. Dave's largest fish before this trip was an 62 pound Yellowfin tuna. Way to go Dave. We had many other anglers with there personnel best this trip. This has been a great trip, and the crew looks forward to coming back down next trip.

So until tomorrow, wish us luck, and we will keep you posted.
