Good evening everyone. Well we arrived here at Cedros around 330 this morning. The bait catching did not go so well this morning, but as soon as the sun came up the Yellowtail began to cooperate. We had steady action for most of the day on beautiful 18-25 pound fish. After finishing out our daily limits on the yellows, we decided to make a move and fish for Calico Bass for a few hours this afternoon. We had great action on the bass as well, with a few really nice models over the five pound mark. We even tried a drift for halibut late this evening, but unfortunately we weren’t able to find any of them. Our weather was again outstanding with sunny skies most of the day and just enough breeze to keep it comfortable, much like yesterday. We are now focused on trying to make some bait again and are on the hunt as we speak. We will check back in tomorrow. Wish us luck!
