Good fishing today on Yellowfin tuna from 15-30# and Yellowtail from 12-25#. The fish are biting Both bait and jigs equally well. 6Xjr's for the yo-yo and 7X on the surface. Our weather continues to be great down here. Brent Hirsch happily displays his 51# Yellowfin caught this afternoon. Brian

We prospected offshore today, looking for the big hit to start the trip off on the right path. We found good water conditions and had perfect weather for looking. We saw a little bit of fish on the machines, but they were reluctant to bite. We pulled onto a shallow for the evening and scratched up a few yellows so that the day wasn't a total bust. Today we traveled down and prepared our gear. Our weather went from a bit sloppy to very nice as the day progressed, not that it was ever uncomfortable going this direction.
