The weather is beautiful here in Ventura today and it looks like there is more in store! Today we have the Island Spirit out with 21 excited anglers looking to fill their sacks with quality rockfish and maybe some mean lingcod. The Pacific Dawn returned yesterday evening from an outer island overnight trip with limits of quality rockfish and more than 2 lingcod per angler. The fishing has been outstanding recently for us here at Ventura Sportfishing!

Tomorrow, we will be running charters on each of our boats, so unfortunately, we won't have an open party trip available for Saturday, but the Amigo will be departing tomorrow night on an open party overnight trip, fishing on Sunday. The Island Spirit and Pacific Eagle will both be fishing Sunday too, with the Pacific Eagle departing at 4:00 am and the Island Spirit leaving at 5:00 am. REMEMBER: No ice chest's or coolers allowed on any boat. We simply don't have enough room for them. No outside alcoholic beverages are permitted; they must be purchased on board in the galley (photo I.D. required). Fishing licenses, rods, terminal tackle, food or gratuity are NOT included in your ticket price.
