5-28-2015ATTENTION New Mexican governmental regulations mandate that if you are going on a trip fishing within 12 miles of the Mexican coastline you MUST have a PASSPORT/PASSPORT CARD. Anglers of ALL ages MUST have a PASSPORT or PASSPORT CARD to get on the boat, however this will NOT affect offshore fishing trips!
