Fish Report for 5-24-2015

Memorial Day Weekend - Day 2

5-24-2015
Channel Islands Sportfishing

Sunday was a productive day of fishing for our Memorial Day Weekend anglers. Most of the boats found good spots to load up on nice Rockfish with some Lingcod and other tasty bottom fish in the mix. Some boats gave the Seabass bite a shot with good sign but not a lot of bites. Nobody is giving up hope yet. Lucky for our anglers, fishing the Channel Islands always has a solid back up plan!

For our extended weekend day, Monday we have plenty of open spots to take you out fishing. Anglers look to capitalize on what will probably be the best weather day of the week!

Today's Fish Count: 11 boats and 298 anglers.
2120 Rockfish, 60 Lingcod, 2 Cabezon, 6 Sheephead, 8 Ocean Whitefish, 2 Sculpin, 4 Sand Bass, 17 Calico Bass and 1 White Seabass.
