Water Conditions: The flows are down to a dangerous 21 cfs. Rush may not be the best place to fish at these flows. Please make sure and use the best catch and release tactics possible to ensure the fishery stays healthy Fishing Conditions and Hatches: F ishing is best in the usual spots.
