Fair striper, small bass in Franks Tract

Striped bass are being caught in decent numbers but not with great size. There are occasional 20 pounders being hooked. Most larger fish are caught trolling with shallow-running P-Line Lazer Minnows. Small bass weighing 1 to 2 pounds can be caught flipping with dark colors. Hook, Line & Sinker (925) 625-2441
