The San Diego has been rocking the yellowtail all year long at the Coronado Islands. The methods of catch are fly lined baits, yo yo jigs and a few on the surface iron. These fish are 6 to 30+lbs. The San Diego departs at 5:30am daily.
The New Seaforths half day trips are catching a mixture of rock fish, red rockcod and an occasional yellowtail. The smart angler would be ready with a jig or a fly lined bait at all times. The New Seaforth departs twice daily at 6am and again at 12:30pm. Don't forget twilight is offered Thursday thru Sunday evenings departing at 6pm.
The Tribute departs every Friday evening on day and a half trips fishing for bluefin tuna and yellowtail.
