California Delta Fish Report

RB Bass
Bob Tyler and I fished the BBT this past Saturday. We ended up in second place out of 95 boats. We cuaght our fish on 6″ Senkos and a drop shot, but all of the fish we weighed in were caught on a Senko. We caught our fish in a 1′ to 4′ of water in sparse thules and a hard bottom having 1′ of water visibility. I was throwing my Senkos on 17lb Trilene 100% flurocarbon on a 7'6″ medium heavy Abu Garcia Veritos rod. The color Senko was black and blue first thing in the morning, but I switched to green pumpkin when the sun came up. The drop shot we were using was a 6″ fat margarita mutilator Robo Worm. I hope this helps you on your next Delta fishing trip!
