Channel Islands Sportfishing
Yet another day with tempting flashes of game fish. We had a couple fat White Seabass, a nice Halibut and one big home guard Yellowtail in today's count. Bottom fishing was again excellent to round out an amazing day at the Channel Islands. Every day we are seeing signs a hot spring bite on the horizon.
Today's Fish Count: 11 boats & 280 anglers.
202 Whitefish, 1985 Rockfish, 31 Sheephead, 61 Lingcod, 2 White Seabass, 1 Halibut, 1 Yellowtail, 2 Sculpin, 17 Calico Bass, 6 Bonito, 1 Rock Sole and 1 Wolf Eel.
