Hurricane Bank Update
3-21-2015

Captain Jonathan Yamate called in today with an update from the Jerry Brown 18 day trip. We arrived at the bank two days ago we had 9 Wahoo and 10 Yellowfin Tuna (120 to 160 pounds). Yesterday we have 40 Yellowfin Tuna (35 of them 120 to 160 pounds and a few 180s and four 190 to 196) and 7 Wahoo. This morning it was been pretty good so far. 14 Tuna in the 140 to 160 class and 2 over 200. Alan Hartman had a 240. We also got one Wahoo today. Stay tuned for more updates from the Royal Polaris.

Capt Roy Rose checked in from the Royal Polaris with an update for yesterdays fishing, they ended the day with 40 Wahoo and 36 Yellowfin Tuna up to 221 lbs. The average tuna is between 120 and 140 lbs, with someof the fish coming in the 175 lb range. We are now starting to fill our second well, the weather is great.
