Bay anglers getting striper, halibut

Nor Cal Fish Reports
Halibut bite is solid outside the Richmond Harbor. One 25 pounder was caught last week. There are also halibut in the Berkeley Flats. Numbers aren't big, but they are present. Perch bite is good at Stinson Beach with Gulp worms or pile worms. Inside the bay perch has slowed. Stripers are being caught from the shore at Pinole, Richmond and Rodeo. Swim baits are working.
