The pieces of the puzzle are falling into place perfectly so far this trip as we arrived on the bft grounds early this morning and shut down on what became an all day drift on 30 to 45lbers. The bite was a slow pick through the morning which is typical of bf but something changed in the afternoon when they let their guard down and bite like yft at times.
Needless to say by days end we compiled a fantastic score. With plenty of fish aboard we are now in position to target the jumbos for the next two days.
Cliff and Vilma Joralmon are in today's shot with a pair of 40lb class bft.

09/01/14 A leisure day spent fishing around the islands for a few yellows and one nice seabass. The yellowtail angling was good but we didn't target them spefically after doing so well yesterday. We are presently traveling up in beautiful weather and will spend the rest of the trip targeting tuna. Today's shot is Royal Star regular Mike Shannon with his first wsb, a 45lb beauty.
