Well I typed up a spectacular report for the final day, then lost it is a moment of cyber confusion that reveals the obvious - it wasn't meant to be.

Many thanks to Charter master Brian Zimmerman and the Ventura County anglers for what turned out to be a successful run albeit a little lighter on significant production than quite a few consecutive years past. The men were separated from the boys on this run, and all came through in flying colors.

Final voyage photo features seasoned veteran Raymond Lesonsky with one of his 35# class yellowfin tuna landed a couple of days prior.
Look for Captain Brian "Gerbie" Sims' reports to commence on Wednesday the 6th after departing on the next run.

Beautiful weather, good sea conditions, and steady picking at long range size and species gamesters spawned instant forgiveness and easily drew us back into the state of amorous invincibility that always negates the pain of past struggles.
