Today we had very good yellowtail fishing in the morning. The fish ate the jigs
until our arms were tired then they ate the bottom rigs. We spent mid day making
a move and scratched a few more for the evening. We will be back at it in the
morning as we could use a little more action on these beautiful grade yellows.

In today's shot, Chartermaster Larry Brown shows a quality yellow taken on the
jig.

10/01/13 Today we prospected offshore in beautiful weather. We found a few kelps and a couple of dabs of loose fish. We had some good action and were pure sportsmen today releasing the majority of what we hooked. A few yellowfin and a couple of handfuls of better grade dorado made their way into the hatch. 09/30/13 We had another great day of angling today. We started off with a bite on 40-55# bluefin, then moved on to a ripper of school size bluefin from 15-18#. We then looked on our way to another area and found some action on release size yellowfin and yellowtail for the afternoon. Our weather is excellent, and our anglers are satisfied and tired.
