Stellar day of angling on exceptional grade yft with 35 making their way into
the RSW by sundown. There were some 80-130's but the majority were bigger with
numerous 160-195's and seven over 200. The deuces were 205-265.
All methods working but they've shown a real affinity for the flyers, quite a
sight watching these big cows climbing over the top of each other in pursuit of
the bait.
Needless to say we're going to sit tight as long as this continues.
Today's shot shows three personal bests from L to R, Ken Mushinski-230, Jerry
Goldstein-235, and Miguel Borromeo-265.

5-9-201305/08/13 We got off to a good start here at the bank today with 25yft and a handfull of wahoo going in the hatch. Cal Sheets got the party started with a 292 taken on a small tuna before we settled into a steady pick. Most of the fish were 80-180 with the exception of a second deuce that went 205. Spending the night hoping for another good day tomorrow. Cal with his 292 is today's shot. Randy Photo Here... ...... Read More

05/06/13 Very little to report aside from good weather and a nice load of bait as we travel down on our last long trip of the season. We will be arriving Wednesday so look for reports to start on Thursday. We did see very good conditions yesterday as we traveled through the traditional early season bft grounds so I wouldn't be surprised if we see some good offshore angling on the upcoming June 8-day trips. We do have openings on the trip...... Read More
