The North Coast Rivers are running low and clear with only the Klamath and Trinity reported as fishable by our sources at Mad River Outfitters in Arcata. Those streams have produced good counts of both salmon and steelhead for the past two weeks, though significant rain is needed for the rivers in that area to truly come into shape.
