Did some fishing today

We started out in the Tuna Zone and the hand writing was on the wall that things weren't going to happen. So we went looking inside to the Potato Bank and picked at the Wahoo for most of the afternoon. The photo of the day is Dennis Saylors... you may have seen him before, back in the day he played for the Oaksand Raiders. He's lost a few pounds and shrunk in size since his ball playing days.

Things have to get better... we arrived down here in the lower zone this morning and the weather had backed off from the day before and it didn't take long before we saw our first spot of fish. We didn't have much time for fishing today, due to a very strong uphill tide which prevented us from making a good speed traveling down to the Ridge. We did have a bite - but as bad luck would have it, nothing to show for it.
