Fishing Conditions
At the moment there is a lot of ice flowing down the river. In some slower stretches it has been stacking up. We are going to be getting back to warmer weather. It will be in the 50's by next week and this will get rid of the ice that has been building up lately. Rubberleg stoneflies with small stones and midge larvae trailed behind have been good winter flies here, and a few people have even been swinging small streamers and catching fish. Just keep in mind that water temps are cold and you might have to almost smack em in the face to elicit a strike.
