IT'S TIME TO FISH!!! The much anticipated Rockfish Opener is upon us. March 1 is here and we are ready to rock!!! Several of the boats are totally booked but surprisingly there is still open spots on a couple of the boats leaving tomorrow morning. Also, tomorrow night we still have spots on the overnight trip fishing Monday.
Previous concerns about the weather are now null and void with the forecast again downgraded. Still a slight chance of rain, so we are recommending the appropriate clothing just in case. Otherwise, winds are calling for 10kts or less and a 2-4ft swell at 12 seconds. We are of course very happy about this!
