Spring is warming up quickly!

Big Hungry
Capt. Gordon and the VAGABOND just returned this morning from another stellar Colonet/ Baja coast 1.5 day trip. The boys ended up with LIMITS (140) of both Yellowtail and Rockfish for 28 anglers. Weather was absolutely beautiful and the fish were biting very well. The Vagabond has put a few more trips online for the coming weeks. Spots are going fast so book now.
The POINT LOMA finished up at the Islands yesterday on their 3/4 day trip with 59 Yellowtail and 5 Bonito for 20 anglers on board. Fish were of the bigger variety in the 20-30lb range and bit the yo-yo jigs and dropper loops with live bait. Bring the 40-50ln line and give yourself the best chance possible to land a moss back Yellowtail.
The DAILY DOUBLE 1/2 day trips have been seeing and catching Yellowtail as well as Bass, Sculpin, Perch, Croaker, Halibut, Bonito and more. Trips Monday through Friday are 8:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. and on the weekends we run regular schedule 6:30 A.M. to 12:30 P.M. and 1:00 P.M. to 6:30 P.M.
Now is a prime time to reserve Charter dates for the months of August and September as the schedules are open so far. Call the Office with any questions about a trip, booking a charter or for general info about what's going on currently.
