These fall trips offer all different types of fishing opportunities. This trip we had fast action on mid-grade yellowfin tuna 18-60lbs and we crossed paths with the cows as well.

We were able to catch 4 fish that were well over one hundred pounds and we saw plenty of those blow out which is very encouraging for trips to come. There was also wahoo fishing to be had - some of our code boats had the classic style stop and go fishing around some high spots, but our wahoo action was centralized around finding the right kelp. There is also good sign of flats around both kelps and in the open water.

We finished up our surface fishing yesterday on the beach catching yellowtail on the anchor. Today we bundled up our rods after a few hours of bottom fishing - like the one caught in today's picture of "Ying and his Ling".

We would like to thank Brad Lemoine and his Sport Chalet group for making our job easier. With a regular and experienced group, it enabled us to take chances in our pursuit for quality fish. This is a great group and because of their every-year-loyalty, we have been fortunate enough to provide them with many memorable trips with the hopes of many more to come.

If you would like to go fishing with us please BOOK ONLINE or call (619) 223-5414to get in on the action.
